What is a token, in plain terms?
Roughly a word and a half. Every plan lists the equivalent in questions instead — Small covers about 4,000 a month, which is a 40-person team asking five things each working day. We tell you when you pass 80%; we never cut you off mid-answer.
We are 48 people and hiring. What happens at 50?
Nothing sudden. The bands are guidance, not a gate — when your usage genuinely outgrows Small we will tell you and move you to Medium from the next invoice, prorated.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Seven days, no card, no sales sequence. Connect one source and ask something you would normally spend twenty minutes digging for.
Can we switch between monthly and yearly?
Either direction, whenever. Moving to yearly credits what you have already paid; moving back takes effect at the end of the term you have bought.
